Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must have authority to connect and manage the relevant Stripe account.
  • You are responsible for account accuracy and security of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for actions taken through your connected account.

Service Scope

  • RecoverFlow provides billing-recovery tooling, analytics, and support utilities.
  • We may improve, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
  • Service availability may vary due to dependencies on infrastructure providers and Stripe surfaces.

Billing, Pricing, and Refunds

  • RecoverFlow offers a one-time free onboarding quota and a paid upgrade path.
  • Paid access may require a valid payment method and successful billing setup.
  • Fees are billed according to the active pricing model shown in-product.
  • Except where required by law, paid fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized data access.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security controls.
  • You must comply with Stripe platform requirements and applicable laws.

Liability and Warranty

  • The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecoverFlow disclaims implied warranties.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
