How do customers update payment details?

Customers update payment methods on Stripe-hosted pages linked from recovery messages. RecoverFlow does not host customer card entry forms.

What is included before upgrading?

Each merchant gets a one-time free quota of recovery emails. After the quota is exhausted, paid recovery actions require billing activation.

Where can I manage billing or upgrade?

Use the hosted upgrade surface to activate paid billing and maintain payment setup for your merchant account.

Can I open a dashboard without a resolved tenant?

Yes. The dashboard supports account-context resolution and provides fallback guidance when a tenant is not yet resolved.

Where can I review legal terms and privacy details?

Legal pages are publicly available and linked from Resources, including Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
